Tangerine Tango - The Color of 2012

Pantone Color Institute, a world-renowned authority on color industry, named Tangerine Tango, an electric orange red, as the color of 2012. This color is a highly-saturated shade of orange with a reddish undertone. It is bright, uplifting, and seem to work well on any figure.

According to a Pantone statement, “Tangerine tango offers the energy boost we need to recharge and move forward.” It is sophisticated but at the same time offers a dramatic and sexy look for every women. Also, this color has the friendliness and warmth of yellow and emanates heat and energy.

Now, this shade of orange rapidly gained popularity in different aspects of fashion like dresses, belts, make-ups and shoes. It is frequently seen on runways, red carpets, awards night, and other major events.
